IT'S THE LAW
All employers in the aviation industry are required to be in compliance with the DOT/FAA procedures for drug and alcohol testing (49 code of federal regulations (CFR) part 40 and 14 CFR part 121 appendices I and J). The law requires drug and alcohol testing of safety-sensitive transportation employees in aviation.
